Swensons Mental Health Therapy

As a professional clinical counselor and board certified art therapist, I have been providing counseling services to children, adolescents and the adult population for the past seventeen years. I provide person-centered humanistic therapy and somatic techniques (used to engage the relationship between mind, body, brain and behavior as well as calming the nervous system) which creates more ease in the healing process. I provide honest communication, encouragement and support. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief/loss and life transitions. My approach to treatment is individualized based on each person's needs. I believe that every person possess the qualities needed to flourish. You will be heard and listened too in a compassionate manner.
