I provide a collaborative, deeply compassionate space where you are heard without judgment and met exactly where you are. As a dual-state Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho, I have been providing professional counseling services for the past nineteen years. My practice is explicitly dedicated to supporting self-aware women, professional leaders, daughters, and caregivers who are navigating the heavy complexities of work burnout, marital overwhelm, or life transitions.
